The website www.mortoglou.gr, created and placed under the custody of the company under the name “KIM BAUHAUS WIFE DIM.MORTOGLOU & CO L.P.” , that offers its services under the following terms. The visitor of the site' is required to read carefully and proceed to use the services the site offers only if he completely accepts them.

2.) User registration / Create Account

After creating the account, you can not delete it by yourself.
3.) Order / Payment
Customer makes the order as described below. The validation of the order implies acceptance of conditions of sale.
3a) A customer interested in a Mortoglou.gr website product follows the following procedure to complete the order: Click on the icon "basket" while checking your order information (colour, quantity, size, price, etc ... ) and then confirm the products selected by clicking the icon "buy".
3b) For first order, the customer is obliged to fill out a form, which contains the following info: Name, Last Name, Company Name (for legal persons) Phone Number, Address, City, Country, Region, E-mail (e-mail) Facsimile Number (fax), Zip Code, Membership Card Code. At this stage the costumer creates his personal account. After you choose your preferred way of payment (non- Greece residents will have to use a Pay pal account), you will be requested (after ascertaining the correctness of the information given with the choice of the product) to confirm permanently and irrevocably the order by clicking the icon "order confirmation".
3c) Payment
The payment is carried out by the cooperating bank websites which our site will direct you automatically to make your payment.
For non- Greece residents the payment for the products will be made through Pay Pal.
When you use Pay Pal, your banking information will never be communicated to Mortoglou.gr. Pay Pal encrypts and protects your card number.
4.) Delivery Time (Delivery / Pickup):
Greece
Once the availability of the products selected is checked , shipping will be made within 24 hours from the date of your order, through the General Post (courier company), for faster delivery to your place ( 1-2 days for any short distance locations and 5 days for all remote locations ).
Orders that take place during the weekend will be checked on Monday. You can be notified via e-mail about the progress of your order.
Cyprus
Once the availability of the products you selected is checked , shipping will be made within 24 hours from the date of your order, through the General Post, company (courier), for faster delivery to your place (3-4 business days for any short distance location and 8 business days for remote ones).
Orders that take place during the weekend will be checked on Monday. You can be notified via e-mail about the progress of your order.
Αbroad
Once the availability of the products you selected is checked , shipping will be made within 24 hours from the date of your order.
Shipments abroad will be delivered in 1-3 days via the DHL Express. You can be notified via e-mail about the progress of your order.
5.) Return / Change / Replace
5a) All products purchased from the website Mortoglou.gr can be returned for replacement / change (with the same or different size) or change / replace the product selection if there is available stock. The store also reserves the right to pursue refund policy.
Greece
Return and shipping costs is Free for the First Exchange. In any other case the customer will bear the return and shipping costs (which amounts to 5 euros). In any case the customer can contact with us for further proceedings having the right to choose a different product of equal or greater value. If the customer wish to make a change for the second time on the same product he would bear the return and shipping costs, which amounts to 5 euros, and will always run with our primary partner, the General Post.
Cyprus
Each product change will be charged shipping costs which will amounts to 16,00 euros. The change will be made within 14 days of receiving at your place with the shipping company that will be indicated to you.
5b) Products returned should be kept in their original packaging. If for any reason the outer packaging bag is lost, you should necessarily use another bag of your choice in order to protect adequately the inner packaging.
5c) All footwear must be tested on carpet to avoid damages. Any product returned must be accompanied by all necessary documents received by the customer upon its reception. The new product chosen by the customer for change will be sent after receiving the initial one and provided that the store has checked that the above conditions are met. Recall that the product should be in its original condition (not used or damaged).
5d) The changes will be accepted provided that the customer will notify the store within 14 days of receipt.
6) Refund
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- The product should be in the original packaging.
- The product should be in the original condition (as it was at the time of delivery to the customer) and not damaged or other defects.
- The customer should call the store or via e-mail to the website Mortoglou.gr (details provided in the field "Contact" ") within 3 days of receipt.
- The product should be accompanied by the corresponding documents the costumer received in the receipt (receipt, invoice).
The refund will be made within 3 working days with a deposit into a bank account specified by the customer. The customer will bear the costs of returning the product.
Refund is possible only for purchases made electronically (www.mortoglou.gr) and does not apply to purchases from our stores.
7) Incorrect shipping product
If any customer has received a product different of their choice should be informed by phone or e-mail, shop or Mortoglou.gr respectively, based on the information entered in the field "Contact" on our website, within 3 days of receipt. You will be given instructions for the return and replacement, which will not bear any extra costs for the costumer.
8.) Offers and Discounts
The store offers are posted on www.mortoglou.gr site, icon "Offers". No changes, and no refund policy will be accepted for products on offer. In sales period changes are normally accepted.
Offers are valid while stocks last.
Discounts and duration of these is determined by the competent bodies of the Greek Territory and for the period provided for in the relevant domestic legislation.

In any case Mortoglou.gr is bound to notify by email or telephone the client who placed an order relating to non-available product.
9.) Prices / Shipping costs- VAT
9a) Transport costs / shipping costs borne by our store (ordering store) for shipping in Greece, on every first purchase product from the customer shipment will be free.
9b) Shipping costs in Cyprus and in other European Union countries are estimated and the method of payment is via Pay Pal or credit/debit card.
9c) The cost of products includes the respective current tax who lies. Prices are in euros including all taxes for Greece. If there is a change in the VAT rate, the price of products changes without prior notification.
To Mortoglou.gr has the right to change prices at any time without prior notice but already ordered products will be priced at the price applicable at the time of inputting the order.
10) Personal Data
Use of information collected involves implementation of the commercial transaction you wish with our store, as also as sending information and offers for promotional purposes for the best possible service and your update. In order to provide you the relative offers and information , personal data may be analysed. Mortoglou.gr recognizes the importance of security of electronic transactions and has taken all necessary measures to ensure maximum safety. We confirm that only authorized employees, who are the employees and agents of the company, have access to information and transactions, and only when necessary (e.g. for processing orders) within the handling of trainee contract. The personal data stated in the online store with the brand "MORTOGLOU SHOES since 1985"will be kept confidential and used solely by or affiliated with this business, to support, promote and execute the trading relationship. Natural and legal persons who cooperate with Mortoglou.gr have the right to process the personal data that Mortoglou.gr users enter into it, only at the level needed to provide support to the Mortoglou.gr. The customer orders will be filed by the company and will be kept on file for as long as required by the legislation governing the maintenance of books and records of traders (Code of Books and Records - Presidential Decree 186/1992).

Zografou no. 11) and represented by the general partner, manager and legal representative, Catharina - Johanna - Maria Bauhaus of Maidet , wife of. Dimitris Mortoglou, trader, resident of the Municipality of Heraklion, Crete.
13b) Terms of Sale
The sale is targeted at consumers with complete shipping address information.
All products featured on the website are available while stocks last.
The products are no longer available will be labelled as "SOLD OUT" on their icon.
Should the customer make purchase orders for unavailable product Mortoglou.gr undertakes to notify him via email.

Recall the right of withdrawal in accordance with the legislation. The user has the right to withdraw from the purchase , made through www.mortoglou.gr, by a declaration addressed to the company “K.I.M. BAUHAUS WIFE. DIM. MORTOGLOU & CO L.P.” Municipality of Heraklion Crete (str. Zografou no. 11), within 14 days of receipt and as long as the products are in their original state. For any claim that might arise from the transactions with non residential customers, forum hereby agreed to be the Greek Courts .
