Return / Change / Replacement
Greece – Changes
You will not be charged return costs for the first change is completely free. In any other case, the customer will be charged shipping costs (which total €5) and will always be carried out with the agencies we collaborate with, Geniki Takhydromiki and ACS. In any case, the customer can contact the store by phone or Mortoglou.gr via e-mail to arrange the shipping process, having the right to choose a different product of equal, lower or higher value.
Cyprus – Exchanges
Each Exchange is charged with shipping costs amounting to €16.00 and will be carried out within 14 days of receipt at your location with the shipping company that we will indicate to you.
Instructions/Exchange Conditions.
The products that are returned must be in their original packaging. If for any reason the outer packaging bag has been lost, you must use another bag of your choice, so that the inner packaging is adequately protected.
All shoes must be tried on a carpet to avoid damage. Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that the customer received upon receipt.
The new product that the customer chose for the exchange will be sent after the original product has been received and after the store checks that the above conditions are met. It is recalled that the product must be in its original condition (not used or damaged).
Exchanges will be accepted provided that the customer informs the store within 14 days of receiving the product.
Refund
The customer will be charged with the return shipping costs of the product, which amount to €5.
The refund policy is followed in the following cases:
- The product must be in its original packaging when received by the customer.
- The product must be in its original condition (as it was at the time of delivery to the customer) and must not have suffered damage or other defects.
- The customer must contact the store by phone or via e-mail with the website Μορτογlou.gr (details listed in the "Contact" section) within 3 days of receipt.
- The product must be accompanied by the corresponding documents that the customer received upon receipt (receipt, invoice).
The return will be made within 3 business days by depositing into the bank account indicated by the customer from the date of receipt of the product at our location.
The amounts of money related to services (Saturday Delivery, Cash on Delivery, Gift Wrapping, Additional Shipping Costs, etc.) are not refunded.
Rarely, there may be a delay in the refund, which can last from 24 to 72 hours and may be due to peak periods (e.g. 10-day offers, Sales, Black Friday), or additional product inspection. The times and reasons for the delay in the return are indicative.
Refunds are only possible for purchases made online (www.mortoglou.gr) and do not apply to purchases from our physical stores.
Wrong shipment
