At Mortoglou.gr, our primary goal is your complete satisfaction. If you wish to exchange or return the product you purchased, you can easily do so by choosing either a replacement with a different size/style or a refund.
1. Product Exchanges
Greece
- First Exchange: Completely free of charge.
- Subsequent Exchanges: For every following exchange, the handling cost is 5€.
- Process: Exchanges are carried out exclusively through Geniki Taxydromiki and ACS.
Cyprus
- Every exchange incurs a shipping cost of 16€ within 14 days of receipt.
2. Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, please ensure the following:
- Timeframe: Notification must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Product Condition: The item must be in its original, pristine condition and unworn.
- Packaging: Items must be returned in their original brand box, protected by an outer box or bag.
- Fitting: Please try on footwear on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the soles.
- Documentation: The return must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are available exclusively for online purchases (Mortoglou.gr).
- Cost: Return shipping costs amount to 5€ and will be deducted from the refund.
- Process: Processed within 3 to 5 working days after receipt and inspection.
- Note: Additional service fees (e.g., Cash on Delivery) are non-refundable.
